Though most residents who were shot arrived at the hospital before 11am, none of them were treated until lated in the afternoon.  However, all residents who went to the hospital were all eventually treated.

The mother of the three year old child who was shot, however, has been complaining that her child did not receive adequate attention and now has a fever.  The mother also claims that while the hospital treated the foot wound, they did not find the second welt on the child&#039;s back.]]></description>
