Second part of an atrocity case, a hammer blow to the community. Caught! In flagrant violation of the the national law against illegal evictions, an official of the eThekwini municipality, called Bonginkosi Hlengwe, ordered the demolition of Mpume’s house in Siyanda the 27h of may 2009..
